Organic Shea Butter

Naturally rich in Vitamins A, E and F, shea butter is widely known as a skin superfood. It provides the skin with essential fatty acids and nutrients that are necessary for collagen production.

Amazing at moisturising and nourishing the skin, shea butter is perfect for treating and combating dry skin conditions such as eczema. It also reduces inflammation which is beneficial for the face is you suffer from acne. Shea butter is also what makes our beard balm smooth and creamy.

Aloe Vera Butter

(Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Extract & Cocos Nucifera)

Aloe Vera butter is made up of two ingredients – aloe vera leaf extract and coconut oil. These two essential ingredients are blended together to create a hydrating and moisturising butter for both skin and beard hair.

Super rich in vitamins A, C, E, B, choline, B12, folic acid, aloe vera butter is highly antioxidant and has skin rejuvenating properties. This butter serves as a natural anti-inflammatory and also helps to draw other ingredients to the skin.

Arrowroot

(Maranta Arundinacea Root)

Arrowroot powder is a silky and fine natural white powder and is excellent for the hair and skin. It’s also a great gluten-free food ingredient too for improving digestion and immune function to name a few.

There are so many fantastic benefits from using arrowroot powder in our beard butter. It’s super absorbent so if you have particularly oily skin, it will soak the excess up, leaving you with super soft skin. It also gives our beard butter that non-greasy feeling and a rich and thick luxurious texture.

Enriched with potassium, iron, B vitamins, antioxidants and protein, arrowroot is a great skin healer aiding in treatment of blemishes, rashes and other skin irritations.

Organic Sweet Almond oil

Almond oil is a mild, hypoallergenic oil that is perfect for sensitive skin. Light in texture, it easily penetrates deep into the skin, which softens and dislodges dirt and debris gathered in the skin pores and hair follicles.

As with the other carrier oils that our beard balm contains, sweet almond oil is brilliant at reducing itchy and dry skin, leaving your beard healthy and smooth.

Organic Mango Butter

An excellent emollient and extremely moisturising, mango butter is easily absorbed into the skin and leaves it feeling soft and hydrated. With high amounts of vitamins A and C, mango butter is amazing for healing and regenerating your skin.

Mango butter is also great if you suffer from skin conditions like eczema or dermatitis.

Organic Cocoa Butter

(Theobroma Cacao)

Extremely rich in important vitamins, essential fatty acids and antioxidants, cocoa butter is perfect for maintaining healthy skin. This butter intensively moisturises and helps to form a protective barrier on the skin while keeping it soft and supple. This means its great for more mature skin.

Not only is cocoa butter great for the skin, it’s amazing for your beard hair too. With similar benefits to coconut oil, cocoa butter replenishes the oils lost from washing your beard and helps protect your beard against environmental factors.
