EU Shipping Changes

We're currently not able to ship to countries based in the EU. We're sorry for the inconvenience this might cause.

Shipping Methods

We have a few delivery options depending on the product, destination, and value of the order. All orders will be shipped within 3 working days of placing your order.

Royal Mail Tracked 24 (UK Only)

Royal Mail Tracked 24 is a fully tracked end-to-end service with photo proof on delivery. The typical delivery aim is next working day.

Royal Mail Tracked 48 (UK Only)

Similar to Royal Mail Tracked 24, this Tracked 48 service is a fully tracked end-to-end service with photo proof on delivery. The typical delivery aim is 2-3 working day.

Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day (UK Only)

This shipping method is tracked throughout its journey, and proof of delivery is obtained when delivered. The 'next day' service refers to the UK, where all parcels are delivered the next working day. Delivery estimates for other countries are slightly longer.

Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed

For all of our international orders, we send these via International Tracked and Signed. This service is tracked end-to-end and a signature is needed at delivery. Delivery aims for Europe is 3-5 working days and for the Rest of the World, delivery aim is 5-7 working days.

Shipping for clothing

As we don't hold a lot of stock in our clothing range, most orders will be shipped directly from partners warehouse. These orders are printed on-demand, so you can expect delivery within 7-10 working days of placing your order.

We may split or part-ship orders, especially when ordering merchandise or clothing with our handmade beard product range. We do this so that we can ensure that you get your goods as soon as possible.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are based on the weight of your parcel, the shipping method and the destination it's being shipped to. Therefore, shipping costs can only be calculated in the checkout when ordering.

What happens if my order doesn't arrive?

All delivery estimates are based on quotes supplied by the relevant courier service, so they can't be guaranteed by Twisted Moustache. If your parcel is not delivered within the estimated window then it's very likely there has been a delay in transit. 

Royal Mail

If your order is shipped via Royal Mail, we advise you wait 10 working days (UK shipping addresses) or 28 working days (any other shipping addresses) before contacting us. The Royal Mail will deem a parcel as lost if not delivered within these windows. Once deemed as lost we'll be able to work with you to resolve the problem.
